Agent's Lens ("we," "us," "Agents Lens") provides real estate listing photography, video, virtual staging, floor plans, and listing websites to real estate agents across the Greater Toronto Area. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

When you submit the booking form on this site, we collect what you enter directly:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The property address, listing size, and package or services you're requesting
• Your preferred shoot date and any notes you add

If you contact us by phone or email instead of the form, we keep the information you share with us the same way any business would, to respond to you and deliver the service you booked.

For clients we shoot for, we also handle the property photos, video, and related media we produce and deliver as part of the service.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your booking request, schedule and deliver your shoot, communicate with you about your order, and keep basic business records. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.

Where AI is involved

We're upfront that AI tools are part of how we run Agent's Lens:

• Inbound replies. An AI-assisted tool helps draft replies to booking inquiries. Every draft is reviewed by a person before anything is sent. Nothing is sent to you automatically without a human reading it first.
• Virtual staging and virtual decluttering. These services use AI-assisted photo editing as part of producing the deliverable itself. This is the service you're booking, not a hidden use of your data.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of outside services to run this website and our business. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't share it with advertisers.

• Resend — delivers your booking form submission to our inbox by email.
• Google Workspace — our business email and calendar, where your booking correspondence lives.
• Cloudflare — hosts this website and stores the media we deliver to clients.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not run analytics or advertising tracking scripts. We don't use cookies to track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and order information for as long as we need it to deliver your service, plus a reasonable period afterward for basic business and tax records. Delivered listing media is retained the way we've agreed with you as a client.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@agentslens.ca and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
